It all began in the heart of Turin, at Via Garibaldi 9. Here, our first collaborations were born with the Order of Psychologists of Piedmont, the School of Business Administration at the University of Turin, and the San Paolo Banking Institute, which later became Intesa Sanpaolo. Even today, our administration and accounting offices are based in Turin — between Via Cibrario 76 and Corso Valdocco 2 — where we also conduct research activities, supported by ongoing dialogue with the Polytechnic and the University of Turin, within PhD programs and joint projects.
Between Caluso and Ivrea, in the Canavese area, an experimental lab took shape, blending innovative training and multimedia communication with a poetic and visual soul: artistic imagery, theatrical and cinematic languages, metaphors, and emotions. All this draws on the cultural and technological heritage of Olivetti and its Elea excellence center, which is also connected with the Interaction Design Institute founded in Ivrea together with Stanford University.
Our research center and operations were established in Caluso, in Villa Santoné, at Via Martiri d’Italia 14, in the industrial area once home to the production plants of Büchi, Olivetti, General Electric, Bull, Honeywell, Compuprint, and Finmek.
From 2001 to today, we have carried out numerous training and communication projects for companies, public administrations, and schools, with museums and cultural institutions added in recent years. Many names stand out: Olivetti, Diebold, Technost, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Ferrero, Eni, Enel, Telecom, Vodafone, Postel, Marconi; regions like Piedmont, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Apulia, and Sardinia; cities such as Aosta, Turin, Milan, Como, Florence, Pisa, and Rome; ministries including Interior, Finance, Education, Agriculture, and Transport; business schools like Bocconi, Istud, and Luiss; and museums and cultural institutions.
We established a company and began operations in Lugano, initially at Corso Elvezia 16 — in the building that hosts the Chamber of Commerce and the Ticino Industrial Association — then at Villa Giambonini, at Viale Castagnola 27. Our clients include many Swiss companies (such as UBS, Credit Suisse, Corner, BSI, Banca del Gottardo, Popso, Zurich, Swiss Re, SGS, Swissport, Swatch, etc.), while the University of Italian Switzerland and those of Geneva, Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen, the Federal Polytechnic, and the Lausanne Hotel School partner with us for both research and business, providing numerous tailor-made solutions for companies, government entities, and cultural centers in countries such as France, Germany, Belgium, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, the United States, and Canada.
We established a strong presence in Bologna, collaborating with the University and the Red Cross Simulation Center.
We expanded internationally by forming joint ventures with local partner companies in Paris, Berlin, Brussels, Athens, Istanbul, Casablanca, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Doha, Hong Kong, Singapore, São Paulo, Cape Town, and Luanda. To this day, these alliances remain active and enable us to conduct business with a deep understanding of diverse contexts.
We established a company in Houston, Texas, at 1225 North Loop West, and began collaborations with the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC, the Italian Consulates General in Houston, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, and Los Angeles, the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, Columbia University and Kaleidoscope Learning in New York City, MIT in Boston, and Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
We began working with the Harvard Center for Medical Simulation in Boston, where we conduct various joint experiments at 100 First Avenue. That same year, we launched a partnership with Boston Help Desk to provide the best support for all our clients.
We began developing our immersive training and simulation business in the United States, collaborating with clients such as George Washington University in Virginia and Washington, D.C., Montgomery College in Takoma Park, Maryland, and Northwestern University in Illinois.
We launched a second company in the USA, located in New York City (447 Broadway), dedicated entirely to training and communication solutions based on extended reality and generative artificial intelligence technologies. This is a transatlantic business, with most research, technological development, software, programming, prototyping, and testing activities conducted between Turin and Caluso, where, in the same year, we inaugurated the e-REAL Innovation Lab at Corso Torino 73.
We further expanded our international presence in Canada, launching our first joint venture based in Victoria, British Columbia.
We initiated our first strategic collaborations in the United Kingdom with London & Partners, the city of London’s development agency, and with the London office of the law firm Bonelli Erede, to innovate legal training utilizing artificial intelligence and extended reality. We also launched a medical simulation project employing artificial intelligence and conversational agents in immersive environments, in partnership with the Association for Simulated Practice in Healthcare (ASPiH) and the Harvard Center for Medical Simulation in Boston.
Last but not least, we have begun exploring Australia and New Zealand, seeking business partners among universities and training companies.
