From recruitment interviews to clinical training: AI agents are transforming skills development

The Learning Ideas Conference 2026, one of the leading international events dedicated to innovation in learning, digital education, and emerging technologies, will take place at the Faculty House of Columbia University in New York.
Among the speakers will be Fernando Salvetti and Barbara Bertagni, who will present four workshops focused on new applications of AI Agents, conversational avatars, and immersive environments for learning, assessment, and professional skills development.
