Responsible AI by design
Artificial intelligence is a core component of our work, but never an autonomous decision-maker.
At Logosnet, AI is used exclusively as a supporting technology for training, simulation, assessment, and experience design.
Human judgment remains central at every stage of design, deployment, and evaluation.
Our approach is guided by three principles:
- Human-in-the-loop: All critical evaluations, assessments, and decisions are supervised and validated by human professionals.
- Purpose limitation: Our AI systems are designed for educational, training, research, and experiential purposes.
They are not used for automated decision-making affecting individual rights or legal status. - Explainability and transparency: Models, scoring logics, and feedback criteria are documented and auditable within each project.
Regulatory compliance
We design and deploy AI systems in compliance with:
- The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act)
- The GDPR for data protection and privacy
- Ethics guidelines
- Sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
We implement:
- Privacy-by-design and data minimization
- Secure and segregated data processing
- Explicit consent and information for participants
- Governance processes for monitoring and auditability.
