With over 30 years of experience in technology innovation and research, Dr. Pieraccini has held leadership positions in academia, industry, and research organizations. He is currently the Senior Vice President, Head of Artificial Intelligence at Uniphore, Palo Alto, and Senior Advisor and Mentor on AI at e-REAL Labs, New York. He previously served as the Director of Engineering for Google Assistant, in Zurich and New York, and is widely recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to the development of conversational systems and AI-driven solutions.
